EDM is positioned to provide a full range of acquisition and development support services for clients, from prospecting or due diligence efforts to negotiation and operational support throughout a purchase or construction process. The Inn at Christine Valley was the first facility fully developed by the company’s principals and EDM remains active at the location, evaluating strategic growth opportunities for memory care expansion and independent living villa construction. From 2004-2005, the company provided project management services for the development and construction of Victoria House and an expansion of the Briarfield Manor rehabilitation gym in 2010. Full development services were provided to The Inn at Ironwood, from property acquisition in 2008 to financing and construction through completion in 2012. Services were also offered to The Inn at Poland Way, from site identification in 2014 to financing and construction through completion in 2016.
EDM also provided services for the acquisition of various other healthcare properties, including the purchases of Briarfield Manor, Briarfield at Ashley Circle, Briarfield at The Ridge, Vista Center of Boardman, The Inn at Glenellen and The Inn at Walker Mill.
